History Department is nurtured by experienced teachers. The aim of the Dept. is to enable the students acquire knowledge from books, field work, workshop, excursion, seminar etc. The Department equips the students with skills of essay writing and scholarship. The Department organizes Memorial Lectures, Extension Lectures and research-oriented Workshops every year. Besides, students are taken to different historical places for educational tours for the development of their intellectual faculty, physical agility & social skills.
