Welcome to the Department of Mathematics at East Calcutta Girls' College, where we foster a dynamic learning environment, empowering students to explore the fascinating world of mathematics and its applications. Our department is committed to academic excellence, research innovation, and the development of critical thinking skills. 

From the year 2018, the department adheres to new CBCS curriculum of the university and offers mathematics as General Elective paper and Core paper for B. Sc. students. Currently the department offers mathematics as per NEP.
