Routine Committee

The Routine Committee is responsible for the meticulous planning and implementation of the academic timetable across departments. It ensures a well-organized and balanced schedule that aligns with curriculum requirements, teaching hours, and faculty availability.

The committee works in coordination with departmental heads and administrative staff to create semester-wise and annual routines that optimize classroom usage and avoid scheduling conflicts. Regular revisions are made based on academic changes, examination schedules, and unforeseen disruptions.

In addition to preparing class routines, the committee also manages special timetables for remedial classes, co-curricular activities, and examination invigilation duties. The Routine Committee plays a critical role in maintaining academic discipline, punctuality, and smooth functioning of the institution’s daily operations.
