Editorial Policy

The Journal is open accessed; however reposting of the content in any other online platform or republication in offline media must be with due permission of the Editorial Committee and with proper declarations.

• The journal does not charge any submission or publication fee.
• The journal has zero tolerance for unethical publications.
• Manuscripts must strictly follow the prescribed formatting, citation style and submission guidelines.
• The journal follows the UGC guidelines for research ethics and maintains a strict policy against plagiarism and copyright issues.
• All communications regarding manuscripts, revisions and acceptance are conducted through the official journal email.
• The journal follows a defined submission timeline. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
• Once accepted, manuscripts cannot be withdrawn without valid justification and formal approval from the Editorial Office.
• Articles published before print publication may be assigned a publication year or issue for indexing purposes.
• Copyright of published articles remains with the authors. Appropriate acknowledgement is required for any reproduction.
• The journal encourages authors to register researcher identifiers such as ORCID for transparency and author traceability.
• Any disputes related to authorship, publication rights or ethical concerns will be decided by the Editorial Board.

Article Publication Process

• Manuscripts are submitted through the official journal email within the stipulated deadline and undergo preliminary editorial screening.
• Suitable submissions are assigned to subject experts and evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
• Based on reviewers' comments, authors are informed of the editorial decision (acceptance, revision or rejection).
• Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the prescribed time frame for further evaluation.
• After final acceptance, the manuscript is copy edited, proofread and formatted according to the journal style.
• The accepted article is scheduled for publication in the forthcoming issue and published online.
• Revised manuscripts undergo final editorial assessment, following which the Editorin-Chief takes the conclusive decision regarding acceptance for publication.
• Accepted papers proceed through copyediting, formatting, and proofreading stages, after final author approval is obtained.
• The finalized articles are then published online in the bi-annual issue of the journal.
