Guidelines to Authors

Manuscripts should reflect originality, clarity, coherence and academic rigor in language and presentation. It must demonstrate clear research objectives, appropriate methodology, well-supported arguments or analysis.

Authors are required to submit a declaration confirming authorship, that the article will not be submitted anywhere else until a decision is made from the editorial office, certificate of originality (compulsorily derivative work should be less than 10% of the content as per authorized AI and Plagiarism Checking software), and disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest.

The manuscript should by in both MS Word as well as Pdf format. Font: Times New Roman and size 12, and include essential components such as title, author details, abstract, keywords, main text that includes the introduction, objectives, methodology, analysis, findings and conclusion, references, and acknowledgements (if any).

Abstracts should be concise and informative within 200 words, accompanied by 4–6 relevant keywords.

The main text must preferably be within 5000 words, all figures / images / maps should be attached separately with the email with proper numbering, all tables must be editable, and sources for all primary and secondary data must be mentioned.

Tables, figures, maps, and illustrations must be clearly labeled and cited within text, properly referenced wherever secondary sources are uses with proper permissions, where applicable and submitted in high-resolution format.

Authors must follow APA referencing style throughout the manuscript.

Use of plagiarism-free content is mandatory; proper citation of all sources, data, and borrowed ideas must be ensured. Authors should avoid excessive self-citation and ensure that references are verifiable, relevant, recent, and academically credible.

Manuscripts should be carefully proofread prior to submission to eliminate grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors. A proper recognized and standard Bengali font must be used for writing the manuscript.

Any financial support, institutional affiliation, or acknowledgment of contributions should be clearly stated.

Authors must ensure that permissions are obtained for any copyrighted material used in the manuscript.

The journal reserves the right to reject or request revision of manuscripts that do not meet academic or technical standards.
