The college has a Grievance Redressal Cell, which is constituted to attend to the grievances from students regarding all academic matters (teaching, learning, evaluation, conduct of classes, perceived unfair treatment by teachers, library books related, etc.), co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, administrative matters, financial matters, other matters related to canteen, infrastructure, sports and indoor games, etc. Any student with a grievance may approach the Cell in five different ways—

  1. Drop the written grievance in ‘Grievance Box’/ ‘Complaint Box' placed in the ground floor of new Building,
  2. In person to any members of the Grievance Cell,
  3. Send an email to a dedicated email ID: grievance.ecgc@gmail.com,
  4. Through Mentors of the students,
  5. Online through Google Forms while submitting general feedback of the college.

The Cell functions on the principle of ‘right to be heard and the right to be treated without bias’. The Cell redresses grievances as far as possible by the Cell, where necessary, making recommendations to the Principal Madam regarding action to be taken.
