Eligibility Criteria

Domicile: Permanent resident of West Bengal

Community: Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, and Parsi

Education Level:

Pre-Matric: Class 1 to 10

Post-Matric: Class 11 to PhD

Merit-cum-Means: Technical/professional UG/PG courses

Academic Performance: Minimum 50% marks in last exam (except Class 1)

Pre-Matric: ≤ ₹2 lakh

Post-Matric: ≤ ₹2 lakh (OBC), ₹2.5 lakh (SC), ₹3 lakh (ST)

MCM: ≤ ₹2.5 lakh
Scholarship Amount

Pre-Matric: Up to ₹1,000/month

Post-Matric: Up to ₹10,000/year

Merit-cum-Means: Up to ₹33,000/year (varies by course)
